- Please note that there will be no refund for any unused or partially used services. We recommend making the most of your visit and taking advantage of all the offerings available.

While we strive to provide the best experience possible, unforeseen technical issues may arise and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

- Yas Island Theme Parks attractions are not recommended for expecting mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions. Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc.) or contagious diseases are not permitted at the attractions.
- Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket
- Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket or reserved space, and can enter the Park for free
- Government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age
