- Please note that the ticket only gives you access to the attraction you choose in the next step of booking.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold responsibility.
- Some activities may not be operational due to maintenance or up-gradation and totally subject to availability.
- A nominal fee will be charged at the entrance for children under 3 at the Water Park which includes 2 swimming diapers.
- When you arrive at the park, we recommend that you pick up a map and check the daily entertainment schedule posted in the park to plan out your day and make the most of your visit.
- All of the daytime live entertainment, rides, and attractions in the park are included in the price of your ticket, so you are free to explore the park at your leisure with unlimited access to all of the rides on the day of your visit.
- Kids under the age of 3 yrs can enter for free. However, kids 3 years old and above will need a regular paid ticket.
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- No Refundable
- Emergency Cases: If you encounter an emergency, please email refunds@hallajoin.com with relevant documents. We'll do our best to work with suppliers to facilitate a refund.
- Swift Processing: In case the supplier approved refunds will be processed promptly, with funds returned to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
