- Please carry a valid ID proof (Passport or any government-issued ID) with you. You will not be allowed to fly without a valid ID.
- Guests need to fill out and submit the waiver form online at least 24 hours before the flight. The waiver form is attached to the voucher that you will receive after booking.
- Transfer pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- The experience is restricted for guests weighing more than 110, and guests shorter than 140 cm.
- The experience is not accessible for wheelchair users, pregnant women, people with serious heart problems, mobility issues, back and neck problems, height phobia, mental and physical disabilities, or those who have undergone major surgery during the last 6 months.
- Guests are required to sign the declaration that they don't have the above problems.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs are prohibited from flying.
