- Experience gravity-defying adventure at Sky Views Dubai, and walk hands-free over Dubai during the Edge Walk experience.
- Take in the stunning skyline of the city from a height of over 200 meters, and admire a unique bird's eye perspective of Burj Khalifa.
- Feel your adrenaline rush as you hurtle towards the 52nd floor with a spectacular view of the emirate.
- Head to Sky Views Dubai for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Ride up to the 53rd floor of the Tower and get your safety gear on. Walk hands-free on the Edge Walk 200 meters above the ground. You'll see Dubai, the City of Gold, sprawling underneath you. You'll even get a unique perspective of the skyscrapers dotting the Middle eastern sky.
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
- The experience is not accessible for pregnant women, guests with existing or recurring injuries and medical conditions that require immediate medical attention, guests under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment, and guests with physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
- It is mandatory to carry a passport or Emirates ID.
- Please arrive at least 20-30min prior to the scheduled visit.
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
- Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed.
- Edge Walk Experience can be canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions without any prior notice.
- Entry timings and/or ticket prices may be changed, varied, or amended without notice or liability.
- The experience is restricted for guests aged 12 and under and 65 and above, weighing less than 30kg and more than 120, shorter than 135cm and taller than 200cm.
- Guests aged 13 to 18 require the consent of their parent/s in person.
- Strict Dress Code: modest, comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes – no skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops, or loose footwear.
- The Glass Slide experience is no longer included in Sky Views Observatory tickets. It will be charged at AED 25 per ride, payable at the attraction's counter or on level 53

- Emergency Cases: If you encounter an emergency, please email refunds@hallajoin.com with relevant documents. We'll do our best to work with suppliers to facilitate a refund.
- Swift Processing: In case the supplier approved refunds will be processed promptly, with funds returned to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
