- The Al Montazah park, one of Sharjah's newest family entertainment destinations, is a unique amusement and water park spread over 126,000 square meters. The Park has two unforgettable experiences for the family to enjoy: the Pearls Kingdom. These two sections of the park have plenty of rides and attractions for people of all ages to enjoy and relax at.

The stories and legends will take you on a journey through nine different nations, with a whole day of fun and laughs guaranteed.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn when using water rides.
- Differently-abled people can avail fast passes so that they don't have to wait in long lines.
- Al Montazah Parks provides wheelchairs for people with disabilities at the ticketing counter.
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Management reserves the right to inspect all bags before entry into the park.
- Facilities: Free parking & lockers with an additional fee
- During Ramadan, the Amusement Park will be open from 6pm to 1am. The Waterpark remains closed until Ramadan ends, reopening after Eid with operating hours from 10am to 10pm. On Eid days, the Amusement Park will operate from 3pm to 12am.
- Pets are not allowed in the adventure park.
- Go-pros or similar devices are not allowed on any of the rides.
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
