- Customers must sign a disclaimer form and provide one original ID at the counter.
- The customer should follow the guide's instructions at the meeting point, fasten their seatbelt, wear safety gear, and drive responsibly at their own risk.
- We regret to inform you that we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by parked vehicles during thescheduled event.
- The invoice requires payment of the full net balance, and any bank charges or credit card surcharges incurred are the remitter's responsibility.
- Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any harm or damage that may occur to the property of our clients or our customers while they are on our premises.
- Please note that purchases made outside our establishment or service area by the customer are not our responsibility.
- Please be advised that any items lost or stolen on our premises are not the responsibility of our establishment.
- For the safety of all our customers, we have strict guidelines regarding participation in desert activities such as dune bashing,
- sandboarding, quad biking, and Dune buggy rides. We kindly ask that children under 5 years old, citizens above 60 years old,
- pregnant women, or anyone who is physically, medically, or psychologically unfit refrain from participating. However, if someone under these conditions wishes to participate, they must read and sign an Indemnity Disclaimer Form. Our guide will
- provide detailed information about the activity to ensure the guest is fully aware of the potential risks. If the customer refuses
- to sign the form, please note that we will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise.
- We hold the discretion to cancel desert activities should weather, government interference, safety concerns, or industrial disputes arise.
- It is important to exercise caution when operating off-road vehicles, as they are not insured. Please note that we retain the right to impose additional charges for damages that exceed the scheduled function's range.
- It is expected of the customer to guarantee that no illegal activities, which include drugs and other actions prohibited by the Government of Dubai, will take place during the scheduled event. If such activities do occur, the customer will be held accountable for any and all consequences that may arise.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for in-person purchases at the counter. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- Swift Processing: In case the supplier approved refunds will be processed promptly, with funds returned to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
