- You'll return to Dubai having fully sated your appetite for adventure following an unforgettable morning spent in a breathtaking desert environment.
- Please bring your Passport or ID card
- Pick up from Dubai Hotels between 3:30 AM and 5:30 AM (depends on sunrise).
- Return to the Hotel between 8:30 AM and 10:30 PM.
- Not suitable for children under 5 years old and not suitable for pregnant woman after their 1st trimester.
- Not recommended for guests that has had major surgery in the last 6 months, anyone that has had a broken leg/arm in the last 6 months, anyone who suffers from chronic back, neck pain or injuries.
- Children over 5 years old and under 12 will be accepted at the Child rate.
- No Refundable
- Emergency Cases: If you encounter an emergency, please email refunds@hallajoin.com with relevant documents. We'll do our best to work with suppliers to facilitate a refund.
- Swift Processing: In case the supplier approved refunds will be processed promptly, with funds returned to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
