- Ride is highly dependent on prevailing weather conditions. Decision of ride operator would be final in terms of operating the balloon. It would be wise for the guest to cross check with Golden Balloon before coming to the site, if the ride is operational or not. **
- Balloon ride will not operate:
- During Bad Weather, High Winds or Thunderstorm
- If any technical issue is detected
- No request for refund will be entertained by Golden Balloon, under any circumstances.
- Guests will have to abide by the Ride Operator’s Safety instructions.
- Ride is not recommended for:
- Pregnant Women
- Guests who are medically unfit & Guests who have motion sickness or fear of height
- Guest under influence of alcohol/drugs
- All minors under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult 18 years or older onboard the flight.
- Number of passengers for each ride is highly dependent on the wind speed.
- Golden Balloon management has right to postpone/cancel the ride during any unfavourable circumstances
- Guests to take ride at their own risk.
- In case of any damage to Golden Balloon Ride or any property of premises such person will be liable for the full payment for damaged.
- Kids below 3 years & People with determination can enjoy the ride at no cost
- No Refundable
- Emergency Cases: If you encounter an emergency, please email refunds@hallajoin.com with relevant documents. We'll do our best to work with suppliers to facilitate a refund.
- Swift Processing: In case the supplier approved refunds will be processed promptly, with funds returned to your bank account within 10-15 working days.
